Policy details

Last updated: 27 October 2026

This notice explains how Nairobi Manmin Holiness Church (“we”, “us” or “the Church”) handles information when you use this website or contact us through it. We aim to handle personal information in line with applicable Kenyan data protection law.

Information you provide

If you use the contact form, we ask for your name, email address, subject and message. The form is used for general enquiries and prayer requests. Please share only information you are comfortable sending by email. A prayer request may reveal sensitive information, including religious belief or health information. The form asks for your consent before sending such a message.

How we use information

We use your message and contact details to read, route and respond to your enquiry or prayer request, and to keep the related correspondence. The form sends the information to the Church by email through the website’s email service. The website code does not save contact form submissions in a website database. Email copies may remain in the Church’s or email provider’s systems and backups for as long as they are reasonably needed to respond, maintain the correspondence, or meet legal and operational obligations.

Browser storage and third-party services

The website stores your selected language in your browser’s local storage so it can remember your preference. That preference stays in your browser and is not submitted with the contact form. Some pages link to or embed services such as YouTube, Google Fonts, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google Meet. If you open or use those services, their providers may receive technical information such as your IP address and may handle information under their own privacy notices. We do not control their practices.

Sharing and access

We make contact messages available only to people who need them to respond or manage Church correspondence. Website hosting and email providers may process information to provide those services. We do not sell personal information. Service providers may process information in other countries under their own systems and safeguards.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, you may ask to access your personal information, correct inaccurate information, object to or restrict processing, request deletion, or withdraw consent for future processing. To make a request, email mwmafrica@gmail.com with “Privacy request” in the subject, or write to Nairobi Manmin Holiness Church, P.O. Box 62842-00200, Nairobi, Kenya. You may also contact the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner of Kenya.

Security and changes

We take reasonable steps to protect information handled through the website. Internet and email transmission cannot be guaranteed to be fully secure. We may update this notice when the website or our practices change; the latest revision date appears above.
